For eight of the last nine years Mitch has been the top producing agent for his company, FreeStyle Realty, and is consistently one of the region’s top-selling, outspoken and most respected agents.
Retiring as CEO of his own business after 20 years, Mitch joined the staff of Freestyle Realty in 2001. Throughout the 1970’s he sold both residential and commercial properties extensively throughout the region. In 1978 he was the first person to receive the Realtor Associate of the Year award from Ulster County for outstanding contributions to the real estate profession. His current real estate practice covers all of Ulster and Greene Counties.
As Orientation instructor for Ulster County, he teaches all new and incoming real estate agents about Fair Housing, Anti-trust, and professional ethical conduct. He has served as Chairman of the Ulster County Board of Realtor’s Education Committee, and sits on the committee as a member. He is extremely knowledgeable in real estate finance as well, guiding buyers and sellers from all economic means. Mitch holds a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, is an experienced construction engineer, and also has a Masters Degree in Marketing, amongst his many credentials.
